This session will help you set expectations and foster a respectful environment. We will define what is a community agreement and offer insights and strategies to cultivate a cohesive and supportive atmosphere among travelers. Drawing from principles of inclusivity, communication, and mutual respect, participants will explore practical techniques for establishing norms, boundaries, and conflict resolution frameworks.
