Julie Sinclair is Associate Director, Office of International Studies in Education, College of Education at Michigan State University. She formerly coordinated sponsored student recruitment. She has a PhD in higher, adult, and lifelong education from Michigan State University. She has served many years in NAFSA member-leader positions, including the Region III chair-stream, and the Recruitment, Admission, and Preparation Knowledge Community chair-stream. Julie is currently the chair of 2018 Annual Conference Committee. Previously, Julie was director of international enrollment and student services at Oklahoma City University for 12 years. She has presented numerous workshops and sessions at NAFSA and other conferences.
