Molly Heidemann is the Director of International Student and Scholar Services at Miami University, where she has supported the international community since 2008. She began her career in international education at Indiana University in 2005 and joined NAFSA's Trainer Corps in 2008. She participated in NAFSA Academy VII in 2010 and later served as the Region VI Regulatory Ombudsperson. Currently, she serves as co-leader of the Caregivers in International Education MIG as well as the Academy Coach for Region VI. She holds a BS in Psychology from Xavier University and an MA in Social Science from the University of Chicago.
