Presentation Description: The Christian SIG Open Meeting will provide a network of support for Christians working with international students, scholars, study abroad programs and community programs to promote effective and ethical professional services as international educators.
Learning Objectives:
1. Network Christians who work with international students, scholars and study abroad programs as well as strengthen professional services of international educators employed by Christian institutions of higher learning.
2. Support programs that will provide links for both Christian international students/scholars and U.S. study abroad students, connecting each with Christian resources during their sojourns away from home.
3. Orient and strengthen the Christian community in its offering of effective and ethical services to international students, scholars and study abroad students.
